Beecher Cascade Ice Formation - Winter
On a December hike up two 4000 footers, Mt. Field and Mt. Tom, I decided to explore the falls and small box canyon around Beecher Cascade. Here Beecher Falls is still flowing though winter is closing in fast! The ice shelf allowed me to set up my tripod right in the stream at a low angle. The orange tint to the rocks provided a nice contrast to the frozen surroundings.
