Point The Way - White Mountain National Forest and Northern New Hampshire
A grey jay aligns its beak with the rime ice encrusted krumholtz near the summit of 4050' Mt. Jackson at the Southern end of the Presidential Range. As is often the case, the summit was socked in when I arrived on this February day, but it provided excellent even lighting for this scene.
